Our Guarantee

We unconditionally guarantee every item. If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, return it to us for a full refund or exchange. A refund will be issued to your credit card with an email notification. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
 

Customer Service

We work hard to handle a situation before it becomes a problem. If anything we send is damaged, lost or left out of your order, we’ll replace it immediately.
 

Shipping Policy

Nurturing Pathways uses USPS to ship world wide. Your order will be on its way to you within 2 days from the time we receive it. Shipping time is 2 to 10 days depending on your location. If an item is out of stock we will notify you by email and give you an estimated date for delivery.
 

Parent Seminars and Workshops

Tuition is due at time of registration and classes are filled in order of registrations received. A place in class will not be secured until payment is received.
 Refund requests are granted less a $20.00 cancellation fee. Should Nurturing Pathways®, Inc. need to cancel the training; all tuition will be refunded in full.
 

Certification Program

Deposit Required for Certification Program:
$150.00 for Nurturing Pathways® Certification

Registration Confirmation:
You will be mailed a preliminary packet and confirmation receipt no later than 7 days from your start date. If you have not received this, please email info@nurturingpathways.com.
Tuition, minus the deposit fee, will be refunded to participants who withdraw before the registration due date (7 days prior to Certification Program). No refunds will be given after that time, including materials and tuition ($2180). Upon completion of the training, if you decide not to become certified, the licensed materials (manual, parent pack, Nurturing Pathways DVD, jump drive) must be returned to Nurturing Pathways and there will be refunds for training or materials. Credit may be awarded at the discretion of Nurturing Pathways®, Inc. Should Nurturing Pathways®, Inc. need to cancel the training; all tuition will be refunded in full.

Tuition...

A non-refundable, quarterly registration fee of $10.00 is due with each tuition payment. Tuition is due at time of registration and classes are filled in order of registrations received, unless you are a returning student. A place in class will not be secured until payment is received. Classes may be joined mid-session, on a space available basis for a pro-rated fee. One time materials fee of $35.00 for the Parent Pack, including 2 music CDs, music shaker and three instructional booklets is due with registration.
A 15% discount on tuition will be given for each additional sibling enrolled in Nurturing Pathways®. All babes in arms up to age 6 months attend for free. Older siblings are welcome to drop in on school-off days at the rate of $15.00 a class.
 

Refunds...

Quarterly registration fee is non-refundable at all times. Materials that have been opened are non-refundable. I agree to pay a $25.00 fee for returned checks.
Refund requests are granted less a $25.00 cancellation fee.  Individual classes that are cancelled due to instructor’s illness or emergency will be made up the week following the end date of the session. If schedule does not allow for a make-up, a credit will be issued. Classes will follow the Seattle Public School District in the event of inclement weather.
 

Missed Classes...

Missed classes must be made up in the same session. Because class size is limited, credits cannot be issued for missed classes.
 

Information that we collect and how we use it

  • Registration information - When you sign up for Nurturing Pathways® Checkout, we ask for your personal information so that we can provide you with the service. If you register a credit or debit card, the information that we require to register for the service includes your name, credit or debit card number, card expiry date, card verification number (CVN), address, phone number and email address. This information allows us to process payments and protect users from fraud. Transaction information - When you use Nurturing Pathways Checkout to conduct a transaction, we collect information about each transaction, including the transaction amount, a description of the goods or services being purchased, the name of the buyer and the type of payment used.
  • Log information - When you use Nurturing Pathways Checkout, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your request.
  • User communications - When you send an email or other communication to us, we may retain those communications in order to process your enquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

In addition to the above, we use the information that we collect to:

  • Provide our products and services to you.
  • Perform research and analysis in order to maintain and improve our services;
  • Ensure the technical functioning of our network; and
  • Develop new services.

We process personal information on our servers in the United States of America.
 

Information sharing

We will not sell or rent your personal information to companies or individuals outside of Nurturing Pathways.

  • As with any credit card payment, if you process a credit card transaction through the service, we need to share some information (for example, your name and credit card number) with the banks and other entities in the financial system that process credit card transactions. For payment transactions processed through your Carrier Billing Account, we will need to share information with the Carrier holding your Carrier Billing Account in order to charge your Carrier Billing Account and for other purposes related to processing Carrier Billing transactions, such as purchases, reversals, refunds, adjustments, disputes and customer support.
  • We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.
  • We have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Nurturing Pathways, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.

Information security

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical and technical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. For example, your credit card number will always be stored in an encrypted form (except when you provide it to us in a communication outside our web page interface).


The security of your account also depends on keeping your account password confidential and you should not share your account name or password with anyone. If you do share your account information with a third party, they will have access to your account and your personal information.

Accessing and updating personal information

You can disable Nurturing Pathways Checkout by contacting us. However, in order to meet our reporting and auditing obligations and to detect, deter as well as prevent fraud or other misconduct on our systems, the information will be retained in our systems. We may delete these records over time if permitted or required by law.
The information that we collect, including information obtained from third parties, is shared between Google Inc. and its subsidiaries to operate the service. Neither Google nor its subsidiaries will share your information with others except as described in this Privacy Policy. We provide you with the right to opt out of certain sharing between Google and its subsidiaries. 
 

Changes to this policy

Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including notification in your account interface or email notification). Each version of this Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date.
