TUITION A non-refundable, annual registration fee of $15.00 is due with the first payment of tuition. Tuition is due at time of registration and classes are filled in order of registrations received, unless you are a returning student. A place in class will not be secured until payment is received. Classes may be joined mid-session, on a space available basis for a pro-rated fee. One time materials fee of $35.00 for the Parent Pack including 2 music CDs, music shaker and three instructional booklets is due with registration. A 15% discount on tuition will be given for each additional sibling enrolled in Nurturing Pathways®. All babes in arms are free up to 6 months. Older Siblings are welcome to attend class on school-off days for the drop in rate of $15.00.
REFUNDS Annual registration fee is non-refundable at all times. Materials that have been opened are non-refundable. I agree to pay a $25.00 fee for returned checks. Tuition is from Nurturing Pathways less a $5.00 processing fee due to low enrollment. Class refunds are granted less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Individual classes that are cancelled due to instructor’s illness or emergency will be made up the week following the end date of the session. If schedule does not allow for a make-up, a credit will be issued. Classes will follow the Seattle Public School District in the event of inclement weather.
MISSED CLASSES Missed classes must be made up in the same session. Because class size is limited, credits cannot be issued for missed classes. |
